Terms of Sale
These terms cover every script from Manniche Scripts, free or paid. By downloading, buying or using one of our scripts you agree to them. Right now the first script is manniche_hud, sold for €4.99.
1. The licence
A script is licensed to you, not sold. You get the right to run it on the FiveM servers tied to the Cfx.re account that claimed or bought it.
- You may run the script on your own servers and change the open files, such as the config and the framework bridge.
- You may not share, upload, resell, give away or publish the script or any part of it, changed or not.
- You may not try to get around the Cfx.re escrow, decrypt protected files or reverse engineer them.
- You may not present the script, or a script built from it, as your own work.
If these rules are broken, we can remove the licence from the Cfx.re account and report the account to Cfx.re. A removed licence is not refunded.
2. Delivery and escrow
Scripts are delivered through Cfx.re. After a purchase or a free claim, the script appears in your Cfx.re portal (Keymaster) under the account you used at checkout. Protected files run only on servers with a key from that account.
3. Checkout through Tebex
Paid scripts and memberships are sold through Tebex. Tebex Limited is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, sends the receipt, handles tax and deals with billing questions. When you buy, you also accept the Tebex checkout terms and its Impressum applies.
- Prices are set in the store currency. Amounts shown in another currency on this site are estimates; see the note in the footer.
- You must be old enough to accept the Tebex checkout terms where you live.
- A membership can be cancelled at any time from your Tebex payment history. It then runs until the end of the period you paid for.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds follow the refund policy and your rights under consumer law. Digital content is delivered right away, so where the law allows it, the right to withdraw ends once you agree to the delivery at checkout.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us or Tebex first, the licence is suspended while the case runs and removed if the payment is reversed.
5. Updates
Bug fixes and updates are free for as long as the script is maintained. Owners of a lifetime licence and members with an active membership never pay for an update, including a new major version. Updates appear in your Cfx.re portal, and the changes are posted in the Discord.
A script can be retired, for example when FiveM or a framework changes so much that it no longer makes sense to keep it going. You keep the last version, and we say so in the Discord before support ends.
6. Support
Support is given in the Discord, or by email at support@mannichescripts.com. Include your framework, the script version and any console error.
- Support covers scripts claimed or bought on the account you write from. Leaked, shared or resold copies get no help.
- We help with installing and using the script as shipped. Custom changes, other people's resources and general server setup are outside support, although we answer when we can.
- Be decent. Abuse, threats or spam in tickets or the Discord can end in a timeout or a ban, and support stops with it.
7. No warranty
Scripts are tested on current FiveM builds and the frameworks we list, but servers differ. We give no guarantee that a script works with every server, resource or future update, and we are not liable for lost data, downtime or lost income from running it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
8. Rights
The code, graphics and names belong to Manniche Scripts. Manniche Scripts is independent and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Tebex. FiveM is a trademark of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
9. Privacy
See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms when the store changes, for example when the first paid script or the membership launches. The date below shows the latest version, and bigger changes are announced in the Discord. A purchase is covered by the terms that applied when you made it.
